SOLUTION ARCHITECT — GREATER NOIDA, IN
I build the platforms that keep EV charging networks running.
I'm Dheeraj Kumar Shukla — a solution architect with 14+ years turning complex, multi-party technical problems into platforms that stay up. Most recently that meant EV charging: making 30+ separate charging networks talk to each other reliably enough that a driver never sees the seams.
I own the whole arc — the architecture, the product decisions, the partner conversations, and the 2am incident. Increasingly that also means bringing LLMs and RAG into enterprise systems that can't afford to guess.

01 — WHAT I DO
Systems that stay up, scale out, and talk to each other.
Four things I get hired for. In plain terms: I make sure the software holds when it's carrying real money, real vehicles, and real customers.
Cloud-native platform architecture
Microservices on .NET Core with API gateways and event-driven messaging (RabbitMQ, MQTT). Designed against real production load, not whiteboard load — and reviewed until it survives it.
Interoperable charging networks
OCPI and Beckn (BAP/BPP) integrations that let separate operators transact with each other. When a driver charges on someone else's network and gets billed correctly, this is the layer that did it.
Delivery pipelines & operations
Azure and AWS architectures with CI/CD automation, observability, performance tuning, and cost control — owned end to end, including the on-call reality.
Enterprise AI architecture →
LLMs, RAG, and Azure OpenAI with vector search and embeddings, plus prompt orchestration and agent-based automation — designed for intelligent support, knowledge management, and workflow automation over platform data.
02 — HOW I WORK
An architect who owns the outcome, not just the diagram.
Architecture only matters if it ships. I've spent most of my career on the side of the table where the roadmap, the partners, and the delivery date are also my problem.
Product ownership, end to end
Defined EV roaming platform strategy and owned the lifecycle of the OCPI interoperability platform from ideation to launch — including FRDs, PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Stakeholder & partner alignment
Technical point of contact for OEMs and enterprise clients — Hyundai, Mahindra, Tata, Adani, Hero MotoCorp — plus the CPO and eMSP partners on the other side of every integration.
Prioritisation under constraint
Ran backlog prioritisation against business value and interoperability goals, so engineering effort went where the ecosystem actually needed it.
Measured, not assumed
Tracked product KPIs — transaction success rate, partner onboarding timelines, system performance — and used them to drive the next round of work.
Teams that outlast the project
Led development teams from 2016, running sprint planning and estimation, plus interviewing, training, and mentoring engineers into stronger roles.
Delivery across markets
Launched and supported platforms across India, UAE, UK, and USA — with the compliance, integration, and timezone realities each one brings.
03 — EXPERIENCE
Fourteen years, five chapters.

04 — SELECTED PLATFORMS
Built for production, not for demos.
Each of these carried real transactions, real devices, or real patients. The outcome line is what the business got.
